Mike Schmidt into MAC Hall of Fame

Just found out Mike Schmidt is being inducted into the MAC hall of fame tonight in Cleveland.

No mention on ohiobobcats.com.

I find that dumbfounding.

When you've already been in the Baseball Hall of Fame for 17 years, this honor kind of gets lost in the shuffle. Well earned of course, but not sure why he wasn't inducted in some of those earlier classes between the year he retired, and the year he got into the Baseball HOF.
