Not enough healthy bodies and the young guys already got a lot of minutes during the season. Might not be worthwhile to pay the $ to keep going. That was their thinking anyway. In my mind you always keep playing if you can, but I dunno. So if it works out so be it, if not they'll just not do it. Good decision by the athletic department. No Saul on post-game really tells you all you need to know. I respect that you see the fact that once you "shut it down" you, by NCAA rules, do not have any more contact with the team. You go into off season mode. There is no instruction, no group work, no daily engagement of your athletes. never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
