I've had for the past several a great deal of respect for Delete Pending and his
contributions to this forum. That respect has just grown 100 times after this recent post, which includes lyrics to "I am a Patriot" by the great Steven Van Zandt (with slight alterations).

Well done.

Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing Alan.

But why is the crowd booing Jackson Browne at the beginning of the video?

Ohio Game Notes!

Typo: no score entered on the line for Akron under 2015 schedule (It does note the victory under series notes)

I'd like to see a few gadget plays on Saturday. With Vick injured a flea-flicker would be nice; give him some extra time to throw and not make him move much. A good one would be a double-reverse involving Daz and Papi. Fiami has had problems defending the reverse, and a double with these guys could give them fits. If they work, they would give the homecoming crowd something to ooh and ahh about. Even if they don't work the first time, it'll give Fiami something to think about.

Last week Kent used a reverse to break a 75 yard run for a TD against Miami. I suspect Miami spent a lot of time on them this week. Ohio should not expect a reverse to work until they see it available in the game. The Miami head coach personally had this failure to contain as a pet peeve.

I'm guessing that their young defense will be so intent on stopping the reverse that they won't see the double-reverse coming.

When you coach contain, you should coach both sides. Miami does have a "coach."

Looks like the spread has inched up to 16.5. Interesting.
I wonder, since Dion B. is in town for his HOF induction, if coach will have him meet the team and perhaps say a few words.

GO BOBCATS

It would be cool if they showed the team the Pitt vs. Ohio ending and then brought Dion out. :)

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but Time Warner Cable Sports Channel has tomorrow's game on its schedule for 2 p.m. For those who can't make it to Athens.

For Columbus TWC it is channel 311.
