Guys, also keep in mind, Eastern Kentucky nearly made the jump to the FBS to the Sun Belt but Coastal Carolina was selected instead. Coastal Carolina will come up in 2017 I believe. But EKU's move up to the FBS is still in the mix. This could have also played a part in his decision. But either way, it's his choice, not ours, and I wish him best of luck at EKU.

yeah guys, they are just so great, we did our best. I heard the SEC thought about picking them up as well, we will get someone to pass protect for Ricky Bobby. We may offer some guys that are not close to qualifying that are three star or four star, relax.

Realistic to think that year 12, 13, etc will be different from prior 11 years?

According to Bcat2, yes.

Please, you quote a question I asked and use it to say "According to Bcat2." How does that track?

Man, this is the guy I wanted most out of this class too. I thought we were a little heavy on OL recruits with 4, but after losing Lewis to the AFA, this hurts.

Gonna be another weak class, methinks, unless we can swipe a high three- or four-star from someone.

Good recruiting in the MAC is not judged upon stars. Research Jordan Lynch, Eric Fisher, TJ Carrie and Khalil Mack, none of them had even a second offer. In evaluating a recruit, if all you bring to the discussion is stars bestowed by some service after viewing a high school highlight reel, you are way short of the knowledge necessary to judge a student/athlete.

Do we have any first team all-staters. Either we hit or everyone else is right. This class will have lower tier ratings. I hope the pundits and press is wrong. We got a 180 pound linebacker and a bunch of all state honorable mention players and some all area guys. We wanted early recruits and that's what we got. We will see what happens.
