Per Arkley's Twitter (on November 4), 5'8" RB/CB Tone Turner of Meadowbrook HS, Byesville, Ohio has committed to the Bobcats. He isn't listed in any recruiting services, so I presume he had a great Senior season, and caught the attention of Ohio coaches.

Edit - Per C. Money, he doesn't have an actual offer, just interest.

I caught Arkley's tweet too...but in checking out Turner's twitter feed, it looked like a couple Ohio players tweeted congratulations to him and his response was along the lines of, "Well, it wasn't an actual offer/commitment, more like wishful thinking...."

Ah, OK - I'll change the headline. Perhaps he'll end up as a preferred walkon?

My high school played Meadowbrook a few times when I was in school (I graduated in 2012) and I would be very very surprised if any D I scholarship players came out of that school. I remember my high school beating them in Byesville by multiple scores during a 4-6 season for us.
