Heck, the tosu coureses never closed. When you're hurting for money, why turn off the water? GO BOBCATS I saw about five or six guys -- obviously football players -- walking from the New South dorm area toward Peden earlier this week as I driving through that area. So, it appears that practices are taking place, but I don't know anything more. I could understand keeping restrooms, the tower, etc. off limits but it would be interesting to see how things are progressing; particularly the QB competition.
