I remember some time ago we had a "beer" bet on Cooper Rush. Some said he doesnt have the arm to play NFL. Although it's preseason, 8/8 and a TD on a drive is impressive.

To be fair, you did say he would be a second round steal. I am glad that he impressed with his performance. His combine performance was awful.

Cooper Rush is still perfect going into the 4th quarter. He is 4-4 for 62 yards. I am hoping Basham can put some hands on him.

As a Colts fan, it sucks to see my team declining. And the Cowboys look so good in so many positions. Better receivers and defensive lineman. Cowboys and Giants game will be awesome this year.

"The Cowboys moved Cooper Rush into the No. 2 quarterback spot in Saturday night’s game against the Raiders and the undrafted rookie went 12-of-13 for 115 yards and two touchdowns in relief of Dak Prescott."

Interesting quote, allen. Thanks for posting the article. Wonder what the Oracle of Oxnard thinks about Rush now? I thought he had a lot of potential. I remember how well he played both in the upset of ranked Okie State and then against OHIO last year. Some thought that he was a mere flash in the pan, and couldn't make it in the NFL. Now, it looks like he just might. No guarantee, but it does look like he has a fighting chance.

Dem Boys is a term that I think that a rap artist named Wiz Khalifa used in a song to promote the Cowboys and the team loves it.

I have to admit, after the combine I thought Cooper Rush was done, but he has proved me wrong. Some of you guys were very high on him, I thought he would be a 6th rounder. https://soundcloud.com/keizemontoya/we-dem-boyz-cowboys-r...

As Colts fan, he looks better than Andrew Luck sometimes. He makes great throws and fits it into tight spaces. It amazes me what one NFL offseason can do as far as mechanics and timing in regards to college quarterbacks. Clemens has been in the league how long and still struggling to read coverages. Amazing!

He could literally start for the Jets right now or Jacksonville.

Hold on, you of all people realize the value of a solid o-line, and Dallas is talented and deep up front. Jacksonville and Indy have horrible o-lines. When a QB is under assault in the NFL, very little good happens.

I agree, I have watched Jacksonville during this preseason and their line is not that bad. Henne and Bortles just don't have it. In the case of the Jets, waste management has recycled Josh mccown numerous times, he is just bad. Hackenburg was kicked out of practice for not knowing how to break the huddle. I think excat 21 is right. I don't know why the jets would let something like this get out, seems like terrible management.https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.businessinsider.com/chri...
