The result was what sounds like a terrible brawl during post-game handshakes between both teams that spanned almost the entire 100 yards of the field. My personal opinion is that such an act on a kneel down is quite unsportsmanlike at any level, and is a disregard to the safety of yourself and others. Donte gets a minimum amount of money and the Vikes get his future rights. It takes effect at the beginning of the league year. It doesn't guarantee Donte a spot on the team, but he'll be in spring camp.
