Wow, what a haul by Saul in such a short period of time. It looks like Laster and Taylor are playing major roles already in Canada and I love what I've seen on video of Draper and Thomas. Thomas is a quality, mature guy who I think will surprise a lot of people. Who would have thought T-Wilk would be one of our MVPs last year when he signed the year before? Toss in Jaaron and this team is shaping up to finally be a fun, athletic, mature team! Love this addition! And mark it down..Laster and Taylor will give us more points, rebounds and assists combined then Tariq Owens and Crute will for their teams and Draper will outplay Morillo. MARK IT DOOOOWWWNWN!!

It's not green Kool Aid when you think about how much fun this team will be this year. Last year's team was tremendous but let's admit it...T-Wilk and TJ were not the most exciting players athletically and Jon was good for a dunk or two but for the most part gave us energy without skill. This year's team with Stevie, Bean, Treg, Nature Boy, Draper and the two freshmen will be up and down the court and exciting...toss in low post guys like Tony and Wadley and hopefully a healthy and skilled Khari and this team is set up to excite. Especially with a MAC year where Toledo, Kron, Kent and Western will be tough.

The "Green" Kool Aid was never a pejorative connotation (I made the first pitcher and had the first glass on here a few years back). Groce delivered on what he preached (as opposed to Jones-esque Kool Aids). Looks to me (and to you as well it looks) that SP is spiking the punch!

Was told by very reliable source, not able to meet OHIO entrance requirements. Would have been a good find, but........

Owens is on his way to a red shirt and Crute isn't even enrolled in another school yet so I don't think it will be too difficult for Laster and Taylor, who will be forced to play significant minutes, to out perform them.

As for marking down Draper over Morillo, I hope you didn't mark that down with permanent ink.

I admit neither of these things.

I'm thinking that if a coach can't even figure out if a JUCO can't even qualify at this late date, something is wrong with his decision making abilities. Anyway, life goes on.
I'm hearing on my visit to Athens that's it likely.

I'm sure they wouldn't let him commit if they didn't think he would make it.

Sounds a bit like revisionist history. We are going to miss all three of those guys. TJ battled injuries most of the way but the other two were major factors in our success last year.

Sorry, I missed the part where the coach announced he was on the team.

TJ was very athletic; his knees just wouldn't cooperate. He was still good for a few, "woah" plays every now and then.

Arkley just tweeted that both sides have moved on.  So, no, he is not coming to OHIO.

Bummer. He would have really helped depth this year.

I've seen crazier things happen.

A little late to the thread, catching up...

This kid is an absolute steal at this stage in the game, welcome to Bobcat Nation Daviyon!

This kid is a bum, would not have translated well in our system, and we all know he is a problem child with the bad grades and all.  Pass.  #WWHWIHFE

Ahh, the misguided and bipolar mind of an average BA poster. Well played, sir.
