Just when they were showing signs of life.

Ball State is now the most logical destination for Groce right?

Not a done deal yet.

Still......opens the door for JT3 to come here and finish setting the program back further than his brother did.

I like this one from there:

"It's on ESPN. He must have read the board and not felt the love.

Kind of funny...they ll all tell you they never read the board.

Kind of sad to me, I really thought he was changing the program and getting it back from Ronnie Thompson s debacle. He was very accessible to the community. Sad state of affairs

I wish Ball State would give the job to Walt.

Nobody despises to lose more than I do. That's got me into trouble over the years, but it also made a man of mediocre ability into a pretty good coach. Woody Hayes

Yeah because that is how it works. You go from End of the bench to HC at a mid major. If that were so they would not be shying away and arguing about Grunk not being ready yet. Good wishes but administering a program and hiring/coordinating and recruiting requires some chops that have to be honed. Good wishing though, Walt will be good. I am still trying to figure out the path Jordan Mincy took to get where he is on the bench tonite.

I agree - at some point, Walt is gonna be a head coach. Not now, not yet, but he just seems like he was born to do it.

I haven't had the chance to look, but this isn't official yet, is it?
