So this report looking like it was just hype? If Cooper stays in Europe, is he signed with someone or is he a free agent there as well? I've seen crazier things happen. They are not ranked by Eurobasket.com as one of the top 100 teams in Europe. I think it is a pretty high level, but still a long, long way from the NBA. He will be making some very good money in Russia. Hard to pass that up for something that is far from a sure thing... They did say that he plans to play in NBA Summer League next year. I've seen crazier things happen.
