As I recall, one of the shortcomings of the Ohio program is that they have no training table. Do they at least have a Sports Nutritionist that provides the team with dietary recommendations? When you are playing on a short week, there are only a few things that you can do to recover faster. One is rest. Another is use of the trainer. The third is eating the right things, and I think its importance is not fully realized sometimes.

It was clear to me that Ohio was not fully recovered from EMU. The last time I saw them look as flat as this was the 2007 game against Akron, again the third game in 12 days. Note that in 2007 they rebounded to beat a MAC East Champ Miami team in their final game.
