This comment is not necessary. It is ok for fans to want great things for their program. (Just as long as they return when things don't quite work out)

I want great things from our program. Our first MAC Championship since the late '60s first amongst them.

I have 0 interest in joining the Big East. That conference is falling apart.

I want great things from our program. Our first MAC Championship since the late '60s first amongst them.

Believe me, I agree completely! I just don't think it a bad thing when other fans dream big. It's a sign that this program is improving when people discuss things like that. But, just as long as they stick around when things don't quite work out, that's the key. I would like to see us get to where East Carolina is. They are not a BCS program, but consistently have large, passionate fans that show up win or lose. That is where I hope we can progress to.

As a Cubs fan, I both resent and wholeheartedly agree with this. I was hoping "Wait till next year" would be a Cubs exclusive statement though....
