This game would actually salvage the season in my mind. Even though we did not win the MAC again, it would give us an opportunity to play for another 10 win season. This season has turned into a complete disaster Disagree with you.  The defense showed a helluva lot of pride today.  They held Kent to 14 offensive points and pretty much shut down Archer and Durham.  They forced four three-and-outs, a four-and-out, and two turnovers.  They're the reason Ohio still had a chance in the 4th Q.  The offense, I think, has pride.  When you're playing on the day after Thanksgiving with no chance for a MAC title, you're mostly playing for pride.  They lacked execution and inspiration today. Akron (1-11) UMASS (Soon to be 1-11) NMSU (Probable  1-11) EMU (2-9) and a IAA team. We were not a good team, we were just fooled by an easy schedule.
