I wanted to stop by and let you Ohio folks know how much we enjoyed your visit yesterday. Your team and your fans are a class act. Your band was awesome.

Even though the game wasn't as close as I know you would have liked, know that your team never stopped fighting. Your team ran into a buzz saw yesterday. Teddy is a special player. Think opposite of Johnny Manziel.

I look forward to following your program over the next few weeks as you march toward another MAC Championship.
Jim

Tried to post a pic of your band performing. Can't seem to get it to work.

Thanks a lot.  I had a great time in Louisville.  Every single fan that interacted with my group was really nice and fun to talk to, easily the best away fan experience I've ever attended.  You guys were awesome too.

I for one wish Louisville the best of luck for the rest of the season. I was impressed with Louisville as a team, as a program and as a city. Can't wait to visit soon. It's refreshing to see an athletic program on the rise. I'm so tired of the same old Bama, TOSU, Florida whatever etc. Go Cardinals! I'll be rooting for you. Class act all the way.

Go Bobcats!

Thanks to all the Cardinal nation for a good dose of southern hospitality over a long weekend in the Ville.  Mrs. Zone and I had a great time for all but 3-1/2 hours or so.

Thanks, Cardinal Jim.  I appreciate your kind words.  Though your team was clearly superior, ours was in some kind of a funk yesterday.  But, I have faith that Frank will sort it out, and we'll be ready to take on North Texas next Saturday. We stayed with my daughter's father-in-law in Prospect over the weekend and had a great time, except for the game. He's a Louisville grad, so he had a great time the whole weekend -- even though he was sitting in the Ohio section.  We tailgated both before and after the game with a former student of mine at Murray State who now lives in Louisville.

I'll be rooting for the Cards to win the BCS championship this year.  Go Cards!

Another Card Fan wanting to say you as a fan base were terrific and your band was amazing.  I was really sorry that they only were able to play one number.  I tried my best to greet and welcome Bobcats where ever I saw them.

Let me tell you that you and your team have nothing to be ashamed of. It took us a long time and some gutsy administrative calls to get us where we are. You have OSU who I'm guessing seems to get an unfair share of the state's tax dollars.  The state wouldn't even buy the land where our stadium sits while that remedial college in Lexington so much as farts and then gets funding for a new fart research building. Papa Johns stadium is very close to 100% private donor built.  We have also paid our dues to get to where we are by being smashed by many a team (not so much lately)

There are many lessons your coach and players can take from this game and I now have a favorite team (because of the fans I've met) in the MAC. I just have to get over the fact the a Bobcat is a superior animal to a wildcat. (well, in our eyes, worms are superior to wildcats.. but I digress)

Go Win the MAC and punch NIU in the nose.  Then come back to Louisville and drink with us!

Steve and the gang.

Thanks, Cards fans!  I wish you the best of luck the rest of the way as well.    We had a great time (except for the actual game).   Every Louisville fan we met was very friendly.  It was certainly one of the best experiences I've had as a visiting fan.
