MAC GAME - Bowling Green -7.5 @ Kent State

BSC Games
Buffalo +27.5 @ Baylor
Miami (Oh) +17 @ Kentucky
Toledo +17 @ Missouri
EMU +24 @ Penn State

Mid-Major Matchups
NTSU @ Ohio -4.5
Amry @ Ball State -7.5

Games Versus FCS
James Madison @ Akron -3
Maine @ U. Mass +3
Nicholls St @ WMU -28
New Hampshire @ CMU -3.5

Bye Week - NIU

All eyes will be on a key MAC game, BG at Kent. This is probably the best shot for a a BG loss. If they win this one, there is little chance Ohio can lose to BG and still win the East.

In other games, this doesn't look like a week that is likely to produce any BCS upsets, and meanwhile there are three games where the MAC might lose to FCS schools. The MAC is favored in the two mid-major matchups, but not by much.

Gotta think that Ball State line grows a bit before kickoff.

BSC Games
Buffalo +27.5 @ Baylor - Baylor wins by 57
Miami (Oh) +17 @ Kentucky - Kentucky wins by 34
Toledo +17 @ Missouri Missouri wins by 15
EMU +24 @ Penn State Penn State wins by 38

Mid-Major Matchups
NTSU @ Ohio -4.5 Ohio wins by 6
Army @ Ball State -7.5 Ball State wins by 26

Games Versus FCS
James Madison @ Akron -3 Akron wins by 2
Maine @ U. Mass +3 Maine wins by 10
Nicholls St @ WMU -28 Nicholls State wins by 4
New Hampshire @ CMU -3.5 CMU wins by 3

Bye Week - NIU

Ugly results for the MAC. BG isn't likely to be tested again until Ohio, and Ohio is going to have to improve a lot to accomplish that. In OOC games, only Toledo, Ball State, and Ohio cover.

Mac goes 2-2 versus FCS (0-4 against the spread). It could have been worse - CMU was down 21-7 in the fourth before coming back to win by 3, and Akron trailed most of their game.
