TT looks like he needs a little action. It was almost like he was rusty against Louisville. The more he has played this fall, the better he is getting, so I think a little action against Peay would be a good thing. After a quarter or two, if Ohio is ahead, and wants to go to Vick, sounds good to me. He and the receivers seem to be developing a good rhythm. Unless he's been playing hurt and needs some time off, he needs to play.
