We are 3-1. We just shutout our opponent and scored over 30 points. The teams we beat the last two weeks both went on the road into major college football programs and nearly won. Meanwhile, the only team who has beat us this season has also beat everyone else that they have played.

It is time to get excited about this team. Lets win a MAC Championship.

I've seen crazier things happen.

I'm excited.  I'd be more excited if we hadn't turned the ball over three times today and if Solich hadn't felt the need to play  our first-string offense for a good chunk of the third quarter.  But I like our chances of winning the division.

Nearly? Let's be jacked that we are 3-1, but let's don't go comparing scores! Reason, you are giving Turd fans a reason to justify their loss to OHIO as a fluke.. It's simple, we won they lost (again).

I don't think anything I said gives Marshall fans a reason to write-off their loss to us. We beat them. Period.

That doesn't mean I cannot be happy they played another good team tough on the road. Many were ready to call it quits on our season after North Texas played us close... Guess what? They look like a pretty good football team.

We are 3-1 with 2 home wins over good FBS competition and a dominant victory over an FCS opponent.

Now it is time to win the MAC.

Check their threads, their beat down to us was a fluke! They are idiots, and they have poor rationalization skills. And don't forget the teams we have beaten are 4-8 on the season. And we've played 3 of 4 at home, not actually an up hill battle.

It sounds crazy, but AKRON is going to be a big one for us. Given how they played Michigone and UL-Lafayette, I think they're much improved. Arguably, it may be our toughest remaining game outside of BGSU...at least based upon what we've seen from the MAC thus far.

Not so crazy.  Bowden has them believing they can run with the big dogs, and that's half the battle for any coach.  I was a bit concerned about Fiami after their performance vs. Cincy today, but then I realized that they had two weeks to prep for that game and still couldn't score.  Fortunately, we don't catch any team after their off week this season except for Buffalo, but we both have extra prep time for that game so it cancels out.  Buffalo also has a second week to prep for UConn next week, and if they win that one that might get them going.  They have some lightweights -- EMU, WMU & UMass -- before they have Kent and us back-to-back.
