Wow. Up 28-7 at one point and UCF comes back and wins 38-35. UCF is now 5-1 however. Maybe the AAC is better than expected. Sucks for us though.

UCF is legit.  George O'Leary can really coach.  He is doing in Orlando what Bowden did at FSU.  If he does not falsify his resume he might have several championships at ND by now.

I don't think the AAC is any better than it appears.  When L'ville and Rutgers leave next year, it'll be very, very mediocre.  UCF is one of  two or three really good teams there.  They won at Penn St and nearly beat SoCar on the road.  L'ville was a long shot at getting into the national championship game; they just reduced the potential for controversy when the choices are made.  The really sad thing is that for the next week they'll be behind USF in the standings (USF has a bye this week).

I believe they beat Ball State in their bowl last year.
