Seasons greetings from your Ohio Ticket Sales Team! For the Beef O'Brady's Bowl, we're asking all Bobcat fans to please help out the less fortunate by donating a ticket to the game.

Fans can donate tickets to the Boys and Girls Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Petersburg through Ohio Athletics. All donations are tax deductible, and a receipt will be provided upon your donation. Tickets are just $35 to donate!

Why donate?
- Help out a disadvantaged child this holiday season! Most of these children have never been to a college football game and are looking forward to the opportunity.
- Improve Ohio's chances for selection to future bowl games. Ticket sales are a big factor in the bowl selection process and a major reason for our selection this year.
- This donation is tax deductible! It's a great opportunity if you or your business is looking for a year end tax write-off.
- Help create new Bobcat fans and spread the "Ohio" name in Florida! All children will be given a free Ohio youth jersey as well.

To donate, please give us a call at 740-593-9687 or click here to order online.

We hope to see you down in St. Pete...but if you can't make it (or even if you can!), we know some very appreciative children that would love to go.

Go Bobcats,

Love the idea of throwing in the youth jersey.

Also like the jersey idea. A great way to "inflate" our bowl sales numbers while helping a great cause.

We should all do our part to help spread a little Bobcat holiday cheer.

Need to all pitch in on this. Some very good reasons outlined above.

Agreed on the youth jersey. Great idea!

I've seen crazier things happen.

The one reason  that was left out might be the most important one as far as the ad is concerned - every ticket purchased regardless of where it goes (original ticket buyer who goes to the game, kids, troops, etc.) reduces the loss that we incur by going to a bowl.  In this time of tight budgets in the midst of an arms race, every penny counts.

Not exactly a reason that tugs at the heartstrings - but yes, that's important too. Have we ever truly "made" money on a bowl? Pretty sure that last year was close...maybe Detroit? Would have to be somewhere with a decent payout, but minimal travel expenses.

Done.

And I think the youth jersey idea is a great idea. Toss in a foam finger. This helps out in more ways than one. Opportunities for kids to have a fun afternoon, more people in green at the game, helps cover costs, tax deduction, and helps ticket #'s. I hope there is a lot of success with this effort.

Agreed. Helps out the less fortunate and OUr team. Not to mention the tax write-off. No brainer!

I tried to buy tickets online today for this program and when you click on the link it says Event Not Found. This is very frustrating when they are saying that sales are going through December 22nd on the website. When I called the ticket office it said that normal business hours were Monday to Friday which is no surprise but they aren't even open on Monday the day of the bowl game.

Uncle Wes-
This is fixed. It went down temporarily this afternoon due to a glitch in the ticket system. Apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your generosity.

I was having the same issue but it seems to be working now.  Just bought 4 tix.   Was hoping to make the trip but this is the second best way to support the team.  Go Bobcats!

Thanks! In for eight tickets. Have to support the bowl for giving our team a chance over 8-10 other schools. The team is having fun in St. Pete from the videos on Ohiobobcats.com.

I didn't hear final #'s but saw one pic of some lil' bobcats that used the tickets. This was a great idea, hope they had an enjoyable day.

Saw lots of kids in these jerseys at the game. Made me feel good for donating that they got a fun experience! And, the ones I saw were rooting for the Bobcats.

Bought two tickets for the kids. Hope they enjoyed the game (and rooted for the Bobcats).
