I am not sure if Solich will make any changes to his staff or not in the offseason.  However, if he did, wouldn't this month be the time to do that? I know he has only replaced coaches as they have left.  If there has been one let go since he arrived in Athens, I cannot remember it.  I have to think OC, Special Teams and Strength and Conditioning coaches are at least a little nervous about underperformance in the past few years.

You can't always tell whose idea a parting of the ways was, or if it was mutual. One change that I suspect was intentional was the change in recruiting coordinator in 2011, and I think they also upgtaded the equioment manager position a couple years ago.

No one needs to worry...particularly the OC and the DC. They've got SCOTUS style job security, regardless of performance.

I believe Germano voluntarily asked out of the RC position to concentrate on being strictly an on field guy. His production as a position coach has been solid and he's still producing at Fresno.

I was thinking of the one that followed him, Isphording, and who was here for only a year. I believe he's at Toledo now. I have no information regarding his departure, but his one recruiting class was not as good as the ones under Germano, who preceeded him, or Haines, who followed.

Forgot all about him. Only reason that move was made was because Pete wanted it off his plate. Not often you see RC's stop in for a cup of coffee.
