Fans are notoriously fickle when it comes to offensive coordinators, more so than any other position coach, or the head coach. Here's a list of the people who have been the offensive coordinator at the same school for the longest:

Tim Albin Ohio 2005
Brian Scott Old Domininion 2007
Ivin Jasper Navy 2008
Mick McCall Northwestern 2008
Dana Dimel and Del Miller, Kansas State 2009

Usually if you're good, you move on and if you're lousy, you get fired. Not sure what you get if you're average or mediocre. You stay where you are?

I would call it RELATIONSHIPS. Obviously, FS is happy with the guy and the guy must like OHIO and Athens. Agreed though, usually they move up (maybe he thinks that) or move on (again, he must not think that) for one reason or the other.
