So is Scout picking to OHIO to win the MAC?

Perusing Scout.com's bowl projections for this season and noticed that they have Ohio playing Appy St in the GoDaddy. Is that the bowl for the MAC champ this season? http://cfn.scout.com/2/1580595.html

It's hard to keep straight which bowl gets first pick, but the key is that the bowl gets to pick. It's not bound to take the champion. They usually like to rotate different schools into the bowls.
