I think we will be in the hunt for the MAC title. I don't see a clear favorite in the MAC this year. I am high on CMU, they are my dark horse to make the MAC Championship in year 2 of Drinkall.

Sat 9/5 @ Nebraska - L (I would not have come anywhere close to predicting a W here)
Sat 9/12 vs Jacksonville State - W (almost perfectly equal on paper. HFA is the reason)
Sat 9/19 @ South Alabama - L (We would be favored on a neutral field but would be a 1 or 2 point dog on the road I think)
Sat 9/26 vs Stonehill - W
Sat 10/3 @ Kent State - W
Sat 10/10 vs CMU - W
Sat 10/17 @ Sac State - W
Sat 10/24 vs EMU - W
Tue 11/3 @ Akron - W
Tue 11/10 @ Fiami - L (6 or 7 point dog if played this week)
Tue 11/17 vs Ball State - W
Fri 11/27 vs Toledo - L (I think a probably about 1 point dog after this week where it probably would have been about 0 going into the season. Hard to get a lean on this one either way)

I always say that if you get 8 wins by predicting the most likely result of each game that it is usually less wins than that as the most likely overall result because there are 8 chances to be upset and only 4 chances to pull an upset. In this case 8-4 isn't overly optimistic because, now that the Nebraska game is the the books while most G6s still have a payout game to play, it is arguable that we literally have the easiest schedule remaining on paper in the FBS. Several other schools are also arguable for that, however. We have several games where we are a clear favorite and only the Miami game where we would be more than a 1 or 2 point underdog, I think. Still, on the whole, while I get 8 wins picking the most likely result in each game, there are still some barely W's predicted up there like this week and CMU as well, so I think 7-5 is still probably the most likely overall record.
