What's crazy is we STILL don't have any home OOC opponents on the books for next season. So now we can buy two FCS games or play 5 home games at some point. I'm sure that they are looking for the least painful way out. There are others that are open but are probably looking for a home game or would probably seek a P4 buy game. Scheduling Morehead would be like scheduling Dayton. They will need creative scheduling in 2026 and the next few years with only 7 conference games. CSU and Fresno have movable opponents. They are all going to need a 5th non-conference game and none of them have that yet. The MAC could allow Ohio to play a MAC game 9/12 and move a 4th non-conferencce game into later in the season. In fact, they have only ONE non-con game accounted for. UMass has five and would need to drop one. On 9/12 they are hosting Sacred Heart but the other four dates are away at FBS schools.
