It was negotiated and signed by Schaus in his last year, then sat on the AD's desk at WVU until they could align on dates.

Kevin F- If you were making less than $48 K after working 16 years in one place and asked for an increase of pay to get you over $50 K, do you think that is unreasonable? Who do you think is in charge in the athletics department? Who calls the shots? It certainly isn't the equipment manager.

Sorry I'm new here and just catching up with Bobcat1996's ridiculousness. Have you asked anyone in the athletic department what they thought of Russ or do you just think the AD should give anyone a raise who asks for it.
