Matt Sussman has opened the taps on his new MAC blog:

http://www.hustlebelt.com/

He says "Don't read this if you hate the Mid American Conference". I've never thought of it as hate; it's more like a self-loathing.

Did you know: Temple Coach Al Golden had a small recurring roll on "Silver Spoons".

Thanks for the heads up. I totally missed this development. Sussman is a very funny guy.

Quote:
this year's Biletnikoff Award watch list citing two MAC wide receivers: Eric Page of Toledo and the Bobcats' own LaVon Brazill. Early speculation for the senior? He's got some talent, but if his quarterback can spot him when he's open, he'll end the season with a Brazillion yards.

Dare I hope for those bingo cards he did for Deadspin...but during MAC national broadcasts? Because I'd be totally psyched for one of those for the Ohio-Temple game.

Tom Osbourne, McGuyver and Matt Lauer references would definitely be squares.
