General User Member Since: 8/6/2010 Location: Georgetown, ME Post Count: 1,190 Status: Offline     Taylor Price Update    Posted: 9/4/2010 9:09:59 AM  Not sure if anyone has been able to see the reairs of the last two preseason games on NFL network, but Taylor was unfortunately unremarkable in both.  TH night he had one conspicuous drop plus three opportunities for sideline catches, one on a flag route and two on the sidelines, and caught all three out of bounds on plays that could have been made.  I hope he makes it through cuts today, but might just hit the practice squad unless Welker and Edelman are both not ready to go week one. http://www.boston.com/sports/football/patriots/extra_points/2010/09/movers_and_shak_5.html Last Edited: 9/4/2010 9:10:56 AM by D.A. I don't disagree on the drops,but you could see he goes 100% on every play that he was in on. One thing I did notice is that his blocking needs work.He ended up on his butt a couple of times. Cohen had a nice preseason; he should be picked up by somebody. They need some help on Defense. Did Parsons or Rodgers get picked up off of waivers by anyone today? I would think that they both would be good pick ups since they made it to the final cuts with their respective teams. I know Rodgers was with the Bengals, but where was Parsons playing? He has the skills, the speed, the durability and the hard work ethic. Also missed not having him at the game yesterday and realized one again how key of a member he was to our team. Of course his absence was even more noticeable with Brazill also not out there on the field though.
