ONLY in the SEC?! I think not...you don't think that would happen on Tobacco Road during basketball season? Or in Buckeye Land against Michigan?

on a small scale yeah that kind of stuff happens, but the SEC is the SEC, the most penalized conference in the history of the NCAA. Heck their coaches fall all over themselves to turn the other guy in, they don't even need compliance officers because they tell on each other.
