Ohio certainly made the gutsiest call, even if it didn't work against Marshall. The loss is tough because it could come into play during the bowl season, but this is typical Solich. He did the same thing last year. I love the call even if the result didn't work.

Expanding a little bit, it was nice to see a pair of MAC wins over the Big Ten (even if it wasn't against the best of the conference) and man, did Temple scare the Penn State fans.

Even with just two wins, I think this was the best week the MAC has had so far.

Also, maybe that Toledo team most everyone thought was not good is better than we thought and maybe that wasn't such a bad loss for the Bobcats. It sucks to lose any game, especially in the MAC, when you practically give it to them, but Toledo has been good since its opener.
