In head-to-head competition today, not including NIU-Minn which is at the half.

Your point is?  Do you generally expect the MAC to compete with the Big 10 top to bottom and not give up a bunch of points against two of the top offenses in the country?

How about this number:

$8,325,423 to $4,515,403

The recruiting budgets of the Big Ten teams vs. the MAC teams that played each other today.  Double the dollars = double the points?

Just thought it was an interesting stat, that's all. Congrats to Toledo and NIU for keeping some respect for MAC football with wins over Purdue and Minnesota, respectively.
