COLLEGE: Began his college career at Arizona State in 2003 before transferring to Ohio… After sitting out the 2004 season due to NCAA transfer rules, he played in 11 games as the long-snapper in 2005 and added 4 special teams tackles…Played in 14 games in 2006 and helped the Bobcats to the Mid-American Conference East crown… Also helped his school reach the MAC Championship Game and secure an appearance in the 2007 GMAC Bowl… Served as the school’s long snapper in all 12 games of the 2007 campaign.
PERSONAL: Played tight end at St. Francis DeSales High School… Missed his senior season due to a knee injury… Caught 30 passes for 400 yards and 2 touchdowns as a junior, helping his school reach the 2001 Division III state final.
