It must have:

1) a really pathetic, aimed at no receiver,
2) as is obvious to the defense,
3) fake pass
4) before we miscellaneously run the draw up the middle with apparent intent to
5) gain at most 1.5 yards AND
6) it must be run on third and long

in order to qualify as a genuine Fetal Positon Draw.
