My Momma taught me if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all... so today's observations will not involve our team.

Louisiana is not as awful as their record would indicate. That was their backup QB slicing and dicing us today. And their receivers were immense. As so often, it comes down to the O-Line; none of today's OL starters were starters in their position to begin this season.

Bobcat695's kids are the newest addition to the "Miami Sucks Pantheon". I hope my children can live up to the standards they set today.

I was waiting, and waiting, and waiting for the DFC meltdown during the first half. Never happened. Don't live a lie, brother. Don't. Live. A. Lie.

The Boy asked while the 110 was on the field if they were going to dot the i. I feel that I have failed somewhere. Boy made it to halfway through the third quarter, which is a new high. I apologize to everyone that was imposed upon by "Megamind".

Route 33 was a minefield of law enforcement today. Today was my first drive into town on a Halloween weekend. Passing the rest area between Logan and Nelsonville, a sheriff had a car pulled over and in the short time I had to look, I saw 4 bottles of booze on the ground behind the trunk.

Terribly disappointed by turnout. Students didn't show, "Guests" didn't materialize. Uptown essentially closed to grown ups. Proof positive that we don't have to try this again. Might as well do a weeknight and try to get on TV with it.

Only one of those two was mine.  Hooligan's hooligan was the other.  The worst part of it for me was that my wife and I had a conversation on the drive over this morning about them not using the word "suck".  Carter asked, "Can I still use it when talking about Miami, at least?".  I replied, "Of course."  That one came back to bite me today.  My youngest went out for the next contest and is still fuming that he picked White in the Race to Holzer Clinic.  Green Car has 4 wins in a row now and is running really good lately.

Bummer on Junior and the "i".  You really need to work on that in the offseason.  Try a soft reset on the Buckeye memory file.  I'd wipe it clean.

Actually I told him that I get confused too, because Mommy's school band doesn't spell "state", and maybe he should ask her about that.

I'm gonna get KEELED!

Pete,
Rt. 33 is nothing more than a Police State.  Seems like they pull people over to perpetuate their own existence. As for the game, I had fun and a win is a win:) !

I usually pass a few, and it's no worse than 71 to Cincy or Cleveland.

I counted 11 on the drive down, including a DUI checkpoint... at 1:30 pm.
