The famous New Orleans streetcar travels past the resort, putting the city's most famous sights within easy access, including the French Quarter. A car not is not required., but 24-hour valet parking is available option.

Resort was built in 1951, completely renovated in 1980, and restored recently after Hurricane Katrina. Small grocery store on block; restaurants within walking distance.;
