I was wondering last night sitting in the Superdome what the difference would have been had we been playing another team from Alabama -- #1 Auburn.

Would the score have been much different? Troy had 9 possessions (not including the drive where they ran out the clock at the end). Troy scored on 8 of them (6 TDs, 2 FG). Would our defense had done any worse vs. Auburn?

Good question.  I think we would have scored zero points and allowed at least 70.  Cam Newton's a beast and he would have killed us.
