Pizza Bowl Date Announced

Two years ago, Ohio played a pretty darn good game in the Little Caesars Bowl, even if the outcome was umm... yeah.

It'd be great to see the Bobcats keep their postseason streak alive. Detroit's not the most amazing December venue, but it's a close trip for most Ohio fans, alums and students.

The Little Caesars Pizza Bowl officials announced on Tuesday that the 2011 game is set for Dec. 27 at 4:30 p.m.

There has been a game in that exact time slot two of the last three years... There are tons of those week after Christmas midday games every year... Last season even one at noon on Thursday.
