I'm not in the least bit kidding.  Two years ago we led the nation in takeaway margin.  That's a huge statistic.  Can make up for a lot of other sins. That is clearly why we lost the Kant game and a chance at NIU in the MACC last season, as I painfully watched on DVR recently.  I believe ten fewer INT's (which isn't a stretch) and even in fumbles v '10 will mean at least nine wins this season. Blocking and tackling.  That's the ticket! It's all about the ball. It's all about the ball. Rodman got it; can't score without it and the oppo can't score if you have it. It's all about the ball. Be the kings of no-turnovers and creating takeaways. It's all about the ball. Where's the band?! WHERE"S THE BAND?! Teams that take better care of the ball are more often than not the teams at the top of the standings.
