Their QB Manley who torched us for 362 yards has a ACL tear and is out for the season.  Even though last years starter is still there, I'm doubting they'll do too well as with Manley.   It would be nice to see them ring up some more wins (like the Minnesota one).

IMHO, Manley is "the deal." Watched both our game and the Minnesota game, and that kid has a gun ... if not a cannon. That is too mad.  T2 can commiserate, I am sure. That's what cost him his junior year at Norman North HS (to our benefit).

That one hurts. That kid gave them a punchers chance in most games.

Ouch.  That's a shame for him and the team.

That's a shame. Wish him and NMS all the best. I though he was pretty darn good. Great recievers too.

I'm sorry for the injury to the young man.

But I must've watched a different game from those of you who high-praise the qb and his receivers.

You must not have watched the second half, Monroe.  Once Doug Martin gave him the green light and opened up their offense a little bit, he was connecting with receivers all over the field.  He was very good.

+1

Traveling to any Little12 stadium and coming away with a win is no small feat...

Saddened to hear this news and at such a critical juncture of their turn around...

Please correct your opinion.  I watched the whole game.  Dude was 22-41 for about 360 yards, 2 td and 1 interception.  But was he effective?  Not while the ones were in.  He had the one big first half pass for a td.  Other than that, he had a lot of off the mark throws and yardage that was not meaningful.  He may be a good qb but he wasn't above par against the OHIO.

OUr guy was more effective.

No one said he was John Elway or Joe Montana. He has some talented receivers, and the guy could make good decisions and complete a pass. Anyway, when a college player get's injured, it's always sad. He is a human being after all. And he is talented. Think about it. If Tyler went down for the Bobcats, would you not be a little sad about that. A freshman who's been playing so well? If you wouldn't be sad, I wonder about your soul - these are kids after all.

Go Bobcats!
