I'm thinking about smoking some bacon wrapped tater tots.

Get Xtreme Pizza, right down by the stadium.  It's a newer place and we've already been there twice, it's some great pizza.  Good deals on beer as well.

Beef.  It's what's for dinner.

Beer (during the game). Depending on how things go, possibly food post-game, or bum-wine to dull my pains.

(Before any moralizers jump on my case about how needing to drink to "dull pains" is yet another sign of the fall of western civilization and evidence that I've got serious weaknesses and deficiencies as a person, get a grip: its a joke.)

After living in Southern Idaho for a year back in the day, I came to love this Boise classic:

Thick battered deep fried steak.  The absolute best bar food you could imagine.  If I'm watching Boise, I'm gonna eat its iconic food.

This recipe is OK, so I'm looking for a better one.

I'm having a Martini with olive, filet mignon, and a twice baked potato.

I have to go to two Christmas parties on Saturday that I do not want to attend.  The first is on our street from 4-8 and I am going for 20 minutes and only drinking Sapphire and tonics, then walking home.  The second party is from 5-after midnight 10 blocks from our house.  I will go after the game and meet my wife there.  The boys have said, "Who would schedule a party during the OU bowl game?  That's stupid, I'm staying home with Dad."  We will order a pizza and have potato chips, then head over to the party full of food and gin (or Sprite for them).  I will eat and drink more there, either to celebrate the win or drown my sorrows.  Sunday for breakfast we will have 3 K-cups, fresh donuts and ibuprofin before church.

My family had green pancakes on the morning of December 2. We won't be having those tomorrow.
