Was curious about what teams played in the 10 bowls back in 1968 and found this chart. Pretty select company. How far are we from consistently being mentioned with this crew on a regular basis?

A list of two teams?

I believe there are only two teams on that list (Ohio - Richmond) that have NOT received NCAA Violations to their programs for cheating.
