Midway through the season, I posted the stats for Ohio receiver targets and catches. Here are the full season stats. They are provided by Bill Connelly from FootballStudyHall.com. As I mentioned mid-year, he relies on play-by-plays which aren't always the most accurate (see Leftwich's catches) but they're quite close.

For someone that was targeted over 100 times, Brazill's 11.2 yards per target is outstanding.

Player Targets Catches Yards CatchRate YdsPerTarget Target % YdsPerCatch Target No.
LaVon Brazill 105 72 1171 68.6% 11.2 26.3% 16.3 1

61% of the receptions were by Seniors, and they accounted for 67% of the yards. Next year guys like Dovell, Futrell, Smith, Bussey, and Foster are going to need to step up and become the go-to guys.

We lose a lot but still have a lot on hand.  Who's gonna be next year's LaVon and Riley?

Chart would appear to show the benefit of throwing to the tight end, not that anyone's ever mentioned that before.
