I was not aware about Balls Tate and their huge attendance woahs. It makes me wonder if this mystery donor was Letterman...

The last two paragraphs on this page about tOSU are fantastic.  Penn State is sitting one spot behind them and although I'm excited to go watch our boys win in Happy Valley this year, I'd rather not get urine thrown on me.

Temple didn't make the list? Oh I forgot , they have to play off campus to get anyone to come to the games.

Interesting stuff, but it's hard to make comparisons because some, like EMU report actual attendance (though they forced Pepsi to buy 45,000 additional tickets), while Ball State includes 35,000 tickets purchased by a single donor but not used, while others like Kent also got donors to buy tickets that weren't used, but in unknown quantities. Significantly, only four MAC teams, Temple, Toledo, Ohio, and WMU are clearly over the required minimum of 15k a game, and only two teams, Ohio and Toledo, averaged over 80% of capacity.
