Tate Leavitt, 6-7, 295.  He chose Ohio (it's the one he wanted) over WMU, Akron, Toledo & Kent; also had interest from Pitt and Indiana.  Seems like a good kid.

Check out the recruiting board. Things have been really hopping, with 6 verbals so far this month and one last month.

Brenden Cope, WR/Ath Warren Howland
Zachary Murdock, OT, Dublin Coffman
Tate Leavitt, OT, Sheridan
Durrell Bristol, OG Groveport Madison

Almost all of these had 3-4 other offers. This class is filling up very, very quickly.

Great to have a local (somewhat) guy on board! Not too often you can find a southeast Ohio guy with legit D1 talent.

I like this quote from his coach:
