This has to be the most anticipated season for football at Ohio since the late 60's.
Frank has not disappointed since his arrival. He has slowly moved the program forward to where we are today.
We are really on the brink of becoming known nationally. Another double digit win season is most probable along with conference & bowl victories.
I can't remember the last time we knew that we had a quarterback that would be a 3 year starter.
While there will be a media circus around the 1st game, if played, we really have our best opportunity to beat a top tier program which would catapult our program into the national spotlight.
For me, I am looking forward to enjoy this year and soak up all the positive press and see our players realize their dreams.
Great job Frank, the coaching staff, the university, and the players.

I am going to enjoy every minute of it. It's a great time to be a senior at OHIO

Got Frank, Got Dreams

You know what Frank Solich likes most about coaching in the MAC? While he gets older, his coaching competition stays the same age, man.

The real O-H-I-O

We could, justifiably, cite several keys to a successful 2012 season:

* Overall team depth.

* Stronger D.

* Healthy Tettleton.

* Favorable schedule.

* Coach Solich.

To me, though, the single most important key is the confidence of the players - individually and collectively.  Their 27 wins over the past three seasons should have them taking the field expecting to win.

That level of expectation differs vastly from the Cleve/Lichty/Knorr years when expecting to lose and hoping to win likely dominated player attitudes.

Two wins this season and this senior class will have more wins than Cleve, Lichty & Knorr combined!

We will get by.
We will get by.
We will get by.
We will survive.
