I'm probably in the minority, but I like this bowl. Sure, Detroit isn't as ideal of a postseason destination as Florida or Southern California or even Mobile, but it probably provides our fans the best opportunity to see the team play in a bowl game. Plus, when the B1G has enough eligible teams, we get a "name" opponent.

Does the Pizza Bowl get the #1 MAC pick this season? I forget the rotation.

I think they do. NIU went to Mobile last year.
