I was searching for the UMASS board to see what they had to say about our basketball game with them and I came across this:

On one hand, I can imagine UMASS fans being really annoying playing the "we are the superior state school" card and we will only be in the MAC 5 years before we steal all your recruits and become a power...  On the other hand this BC guy just sounds whiny.  Boston College is definitely not going to benefit from this, that is the real reason he's mad.


I've seen crazier things happen.

BC fans are pretty universally disliked by other MA schools, by my understanding.
