I'm in +1 for both the Bash and game. My girlfriend (not the biggest sports fan) actually suggested we head down to Huntington because she had so much fun at Penn State. Ordered our tickets Thursday morning (already got them in the mail, great job Marshall ticket office!) and booked a hotel last night.

Heading down Saturday morning and staying at the Pullman Plaza Hotel that night. Gonna take a little detour to the Pawpaw Festival on the way home on Sunday.

Got tickets for section 105, row 14. Aisle seats right next to our section (103).

I posted this is another thread, but here you go anyway.

If you're coming from Athens, I suggest taking WV State Route 2 -- catch it in Gallipolis. Look for the signs for 35 south toward Charleston, go over the bridge into WV toward Pt. Pleasant, then immeditaley catch 2 toward Huntington.

It's two lane, but typically travels quicker than Ohio 7.

This way will take you right past the famed Hillbilly Hotdogs too, the original that is. There's another in downtown Huntington. The original is in an area called Lesage. It's a place you have to know where it is or you'll fly right by. Coming from Athens, it'll be on your left-hand side. Look for the school bus serving hot dogs.
