I'm going to restraint from complaining about the game for now.  I'm just glad we won!  However, I can't resist complaining about the $5.00 program that I bought -- as I do every game.  Two complaints:

1.  Removed due to stupidity

2.  Why do we no longer have a page that shows the starters for both teams on both offense and defense?  I always found that helpful.  It was usually headed "When Ohio has the ball,"  and "When Buffalo has the ball."

Need to bring our "A" game to program publication, now that we are now verge on the verge of the top 25.  (Whether we deserve it is another thread entirely.)

Some songs for OCF. (Song on point is at 1:22, but the whole video is good)

My program has scores for 5(Sept. 29) weeks.

OCF, I'm with you here. The program is "OK'...but compared to other schools that I have seen, ours doesn't hold a candle. 99% of it is the same from week to week, so there's little incentive to buy one. Not to mention, there are no probable starters listed. Of the programs I've seen over the past several years (several MAC schools and OOC), ours is far and away the worst. The sad thing is that it's also one of the most expensive!

And, I also second the motion on the concessions cups. I liked Coach Groce and all...but get him off the cups!

bobcat72, yes we need to up our game in this area.  One thing I really do like about our program is the drawing contest that they have for elementary kids.  I always enjoy looking at the creative OHIO drawings that the kids have come up with.  It's also a good way to recruit future students and/or fans.

OK, my bad on #1 above.  I just realized that once I got home I somehow grabbed the NMSU program rather than today's program.  Today's program does have all the scores through last weekend.

However, #2 is still relevant.

Anybody have any idea how they could print any "probable starter" list with a straight face? For the last few weeks, I've benn thinking my eligability has not been exhausted.

The printed program is obviously costing us votes in the Top 25.

You think you have problems.  What if you had 5 Touchdown Club tickets since it opened at $190.00 each.  And the last 2 games your seats are not even there.  Have had to find chairs and put them where our seats should be.  I guess i will be making another call about my little problem on Monday.  Sort of embarrassing to bring people to the games  and have no seat that you have paid for.

Who needs seats? You should be standing and cheering all game.

Really though, that is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard.

Programs aren't designed for the season ticket holder or the die-hard fan anyway. They are designed for the casual fan who rarely goes to the game, thus why they inherently "look the same from week to week." If you're a big fan and season ticket holder, you should probably know how to find the Game Notes that are published the week leading up to the game. I'm pretty sure the there is a depth chart listed each schools' respective Game Notes.
