I've gone back and forth on this for a long time. You don't see good tackling at any level, unless the coaches make it a teaching point of emphasis. The NFL is full of bad tackling; a lot of "tackles" look for all the world like a cut-block. A lot of our missed tackles look like the defender just flings his body at the guy and hopes he goes down. I don't remember the last time I saw a Bobcat square up, wrap, and drive. Well, that's not true. Carpenter, on occasion, will seriously lay the wood... Generally speaking, though, I don't see it out of the defensive secondary. Go Bobcats! -john
